Dear Dor Dorim Temple Member;

Thanksgiving is just around the corner. If we were up North there might even be a chill in the air. For us, we’re fortunate to have days in the low 80’s. Thanksgiving is a time to take stock in all we have, to count our blessings, to thank those who have done so much for us.

To our congregation members who have reached into their pockets and given to the capital campaign, on behalf of our congregation and this committee, I want to say a heartfelt Thank You. Giving to the capital campaign is giving above and beyond membership dues. It is giving above and beyond ECC, Youth Group, Sisterhood, Brotherhood and every other dues supported organization of the Temple. Giving to the Capital Campaign is making the extra and necessary financial gift that pays for the “bricks and sticks” that is our Temple facility. At this season of Thanksgiving, I want to say a sincere Thank You to all of the families who have given to the Capital campaign. Only through your generous financial support are we able to build the buildings we enjoy and require. Thank you very much and have a wonderful, family infused Thanksgiving.
